can i put a stock on stealth which pass 90 days?

I have a stealth account
90 days passed from first sale
i have more than 60 feedbacks
i have 7 active items
can i revise my stock from 1 to 2 or 3

Also just make sure everything is gradual- if you got 60 feedbacks and 90 days under your belt, but haven't used it much or at all in the last few weeks, you can still have problems. Whatever you do, make sure it's a gradual change from your regular activity.
