Cant log into ebay? any ideas

Hi guys I cant seem to log into ebay and I don't know why its been like this for over a week now and I thought it was a error on ebays end. it says "You can't sign in because you're not on the internal eBay network." I tired on different browsers and pc's with no luck. any idea why its doing this?

I've never heard of that, and I can't even find it mentioned on Google.

Have you tried calling eBay?

tired on phone and computer. i can get it to sign in on the ebay app but nothing else.

this is what it says

You can't sign in because you're not on the internal eBay network.
Connect to the internal eBay network and try again, or sign in to a different account if you have one. To use this account outside the eBay network, go to the Account section of My eBay and change the email address on file to a personal email address
