Managing Business

Hello,
How do you guys manage your multiple accounts?

I personally use Google sheets Excel.

The reason I use it is because Me and my partner could work on the excel together and keep track of stock and our accounts so IP's do no link.

I was thinking is there another alternative to Excel that both users could Live update data?

I like sharing google docs too...there is not much better out there for free

Google Sheets for the win.. maybe Zoho as well (it's sluggish but works)
