Ebay account being watched with sending messages?

So I get this on one of my ebay accounts when sending messages, do you get this? I think my account is being watched for telling people to pay me with paypal, I don't care, but I want to know if others are having the samething?

I used to get around most of them by abbreviating key words. Like typing PP instead of PayPal. It seems the bots are getting smarter though.
