below standard account was parked
I got a below standard because of a buyer opening a case month and half after sale esculating case and then i get a email saying decided in buyers favor . I went ahead and just refunded the buyer it is saying i am below standard . is there anyway to remove the defect or am i just stuck in the below range ?
I know every month they will review it and drop my selling limits way down this happened to me long ago went from 5000/13500 down to 5 items and 100 per month :( all because i NEVER got anything in my email stating there was even a case opened .. thoughts ?? |
