ebay does check new account's messages?
 

My ebay and paypal accounts are stealth and new

I have some paypal balances and i'm going to buy some item so i have to send msg ;my real address; to seller on ebay.

Does ebay check new ebay user's Message?
because i think they might get to know whether my account is stealth or not if they do check all Messages.

They do have the ability to read your messages and they also have bots looking for keywords in messages too.

It's a risk, but not a very big risk in my opinion. I have also asked sellers to ship the item to my home address.

It depends on how much you value your account. A manual review, for any reason, could spot that.

I would not risk, withdraw the money and use it on a buy only account.

I lost acc due to same thing. Never do this.
You could use sellers email to ask about different address but most won't do that.

I agree. You might not have a problem right away, but when you start testing the waters like this, the day something DOES trigger and get limited, I promise you it will be at an inconvenient time and the account will have more time and effort invested into it.

Besides that, what used to be "caught" by a manual review is more and more commonly caught by a bot that is then manually reviewed. FAR less stuff falls between the cracks than did even 5 years ago. I personally wouldn't send that info unless it was direct to their email, which I would get from the completed PP transaction details.
