Creating Stealth Ebay account, does not want to accept Pay.Pal for reimbursement
 

Hello I hope not to disturb them I have this problem and I explain the steps I followed:

First create Pay.Pal with Virtualbox, VPN Static and fresh IP from amazon AWS, New ID, New Gmail, TextNow phone verification, VBA Verified, VCC Cryptopay Verified, my Pay.pal account is apparently 100% verified.

Then I leave it a day resting, and today I'm going to retake an ebay that I had already registered and verified with textnow, I do not have a seller account and I am going to put the Reimbursement payment method, but ebay throws me the following error:

"We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the website to complete your transaction using your regular checkout flow." Return to eBay Inc.

When I hit the return button it falls on the reimbursement screen and says: An error occurred while setting up your reimbursement payment method.

But nothing, I do not get limitations in pay.pal or ebay, only that has not left me in the whole day to adjust the Reimbursement payment method.

Is there a temporary ebay error?

When you try to add paypal as the reimbursement method they treat it as a regular transaction.
Since this is a new paypal account and paypal have zero trust in it they are refusing your transaction resulting in failure to add it as the reimbursement method.
Just use your VCC as the reimbursement method instead. It accomplishes the same thing. Then later on add the paypal account once youre able to use it for outgoing transactions.

I tried to add reimbursement method first (only with VBA verified) without the VCC, and when asked to add a card, close the page and the next day after adding the VCC to pay.pal then if I tried again ... maybe That's why I get this error now, could it be?

With another ebay account and new Pay.pal I did everything backwards (without VBA) but if with a VCC, then I could add it perfectly on the first try.

When you click on 'add reimbursement method' it takes you to a screen that give you the options available to do that with - one of them should be a credit card.

Thanksss! Ready if I can add the VCC ..., should I add pay.pal now? Or do you mean that when paypal has a positive balance and has made some transaction is when should do?

Now that I have created the seller account I see that in my Reimbursement payment method appears pay.pal, so I guess everything is correct, thanks for the help.
