Ebay limits. Is it luck or am I missing something?
 

Ok so I bought the stealkbook guide, followed the instructions mostly (created separate account on my pc), used t-mobile (phone hotspot) only for the new account ip address. Set up a new paypal, and ebay using clean info. Confirmed phone number via text etc. Created the first account and made a listing for a book. That account was given a 10 limit/month. I realized that since my paypal wasn't vcc/vba it was probably docked so I did it again with all new info and vcc/vba the paypal account before making any listings. Basically I did everything right this time (new ip address, pc user account, phone number, etc) and this time I have a 0/0 limit.

What gives? Am I just having bad luck? Is there an order to something that I'm missing here?

I've just learned how to change my cable ip address (didn't think it was doable at first) so that might help. t-mobile updates my phone ip every few hours it seems so that might have been fishy. It took a couple efforts to vba with paypal due to a misunderstanding with the vba seller so that might have been a factor. Is there anything else that I'm missing that could be a factor?

It's down to how you created the account and the quality of the details you used.
Along with the ingredients as in type of phone, VCC, did you make eBay or PayPal first etc.

I wish I knew the secret. I can't seem to get more than 10/500 accounts.

Price of the house you use - detached - is it owned outright / mortgaged etc

Name is key look at using common names

Dont use GV or anything like that its been abused for years.

Solid IP from 24vc etc.

When you get 1,000 items and $25,000 limits it's probably luck or other factors, but if you get 0/0 that's because you're doing something wrong and the details can/will be found in the Stealth Guide. Remember, they WANT to give you 5/100 or 20/1000 limits (or more).... they WANT you to sell. If you get 0/0 there is a part of your process that's making them afraid of you. The way you are taking apart the whole process is in my opinion the way you're going to figure it out, you're on the right track.

Most often 0/0 is caused my bad phone number
