Acc registered in different country then item location

For example, my account registered in Latvia or Bulgaria and I have a friend in UK or US who will send goods for my customers. Some of goods could be brand but not TOP brands like ChanЕL , Hermes etc .. Will it be more risky to put item location in US or UK while account is from other country?

There no risk in this case. Its even better to state correct item location ( place from which it will be shipped ).
Its not important account location and item location. You can sell from any account in any country. Drop shipping allowed on eBay
