DHL Shipment On Hold Due To Tempered Glass Having Wipes

Hi Guys,

Need some advice i've just purchased tempered glass from china and i'm shipping through DHL i've purchased this many times before without issues and now my shippment is on hold in China due to the wipes as apparently they are prohibited items so i've been on the dhl website and there is nothing that say wipes cannot be shipped.

Can any one give me some advice please?

Ask shipper to return the parcel if it's with China customs this can be done very easily
