Problem using PP balance:Sorry, this payment option isn't available
 

Hi
I have a 2 weeks verified paypal account with balance. Some of them are on hold but some seems completed.

When I try to order some from ebay it says:

Sorry, this payment option isn't available. Here are your options:
Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue.

How can I fix this?

Did you change the shipping address and the shipping address does not match the address on file with PayPal?

The account is 2 weeks old.
That's your problem right there.
The account has ZERO trust from paypal and until it does trying to send payments will not work.
You need to 'prime' the account by buying a couple of small items on ebay. That's how I go about it usually.

No it does not match but when I opened my account my debit card gave an error while trying to buy something from ebay.

Now I have balance but still having the same problem.

I just changed the debit card but still same problem.

My debit card gave the same error at first now I changed my debit card which I'm sure should work %100 but still have the same problem.
Should I wait a couple of days?

If the address does not match , they do not trust u even if u have balance. You need to buy something small and build trust first

Ok I tried ordering something worth $3 but still getting the same error.
Shipping address is different country and different name but just last name is matched.
Should I try ordering ebook from ebay?

yeah, start with soemthing that cheap and does not ship since your address on file with PP is different than the address you can receive packages,

Ok tried an ebook which shows "Standard Shipping method" but they send via email and I had the same error. I even changed it to the same country with my paypal.

I also opened another account a month ago and I was able to order things to another country with zero balance with another debit card.

Now I have a balance with 2 weeks account but I can't order anything with different debit card from the same bank. But when I created this account I attached another debit card from another bank which failed to make purchases and I had the same error.

It looks like the error is stuck and I can't move forward.

Should I call paypal?

The thing is debit card and my name are real address,country and phone number are not.
