EIN info doesn't match, can I create new account?
 

So I went to create a new stealth account and tried using the EIN method... but I afraid to give the real business name/address, so I gave ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info instead. The account was created just fine and everything, but the limits are 0/0.

I'm usually comfortable calling in re: my VOIP created accounts that pull 0/0's, but I wouldn't feel comfortable calling this in since I used a real EIN and real #. Unless the forum thinks I still can get it raised via a call

So can I start again from scratch? And re-use the EIN on a new account? Will it be tied to this 0/0 account? Does it even matter?

I do not have experience with business accounts. If it is personal accounts and you are getting 0/0 you can call and get a raise most likely. If you have get something say 5/500, you will need to answer public verification questions to get a raise. All above are for personal accounts, I am not sure if it applies to business accounts.
