eBay linked suspension

Hello, I was wondering how can I reduce the chances of being linked, I know the problems I am doing:
Using similar IP range
Creating at same time.
Any other things to avoid?

Their system could be different in Togo, but as the last poster has stated, avoid using cookies from other accounts, remove EXIF data from images and change your IP address, preferably to something clean and hasn't been used with another account, so avoid a shared one.
