When a customer leaves feedback, they leave positive, neutral or negative feedback along with ratings for 4 different aspects of the transaction. Each rating is given a score from 1 to 5 stars. They are known as DSRs.

These are extremely important (probably more so than the actual feedback rating).

If you've had any 1 or 2 star ratings then that can be damaging.

A score of 4.8 is fine for example if it was made up of say 8 five stars and 2 four stars.
