Trademark violations
 

hello,can any one guide me or give me tips for getting ride of tradmark violation policy of ebay,if am selling more than 100 item of any thing ebay removed listing becuase of the tradmark vialotions ,but same item other sellers selling withoit any issue ,??thanks

This is due to the item you are selling. They believe you are selling an item(s) that are inauthentic.

Never compare yourself to other sellers. You have no idea what they did to b able to sell those items. Might be pure luck. Might not be.
Bottom line is you need to concentrate on what YOU can sell on ebay and ebay has already warned you about violating the trademark on a specific item you better avoid doing it again or you risk losing the account altogether.

You need at least 100 feedbacks to start selling vero items in bulk. If you only have couple feedbacks, your best chance to not get urself suspended is 5 items per month.

Just so people know.....100 feedback does not guarantee anyone anything, if that was the case....all those who have come here with thousand's of feedback who were Vero'ed would not not be here. I don't know where you get 100 from but it means nothing really in the end.
