Ebay Templates

Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forum and have kind of a silly question.
Are Ebay templates safe to use?
I found a simple Ebay template online that i want to use in my listings, but if someone else has used it who has been suspended could that somehow affect me?

I will say Yes BUT.....if your template has images hosted on a specific site....it can allow ebay to link you, that being said.....I have around 40-50 templates I use, some are geared towards women products, some are just generic....as of right now, I have not been linked by a template....yet!

Thanks for the response.
I'll have to make sure to choose the right Ebay template site.
I've read the stealth guide, so now I'm just trying to cover all my bases before making an account and having my cover blown.
