I've not been banned yet
 

I'm currently below standard in my seller performance for the 4th evaluation period and i got a message last month that i have till April 22nd to go above standard (instead of the normal 20th of every month evaluation), yesterday was the 22nd of April and I'm still below standard at 2.25% defect rate

I haven't been banned yet because i failed to achieve the above standard performance

My questions are
1. When will they bring the hammer on me ??
2. What type of ban will i be looking at ??

All you need to focus on is having backup accounts for whenever that day happens . Then you need not be concerned when it happens because you already know it WILL happen

1. Any minute now.
2. Selling right will be revoked - you will not be allowed to sell on ebay anymore.
Do work on backup accounts and in addition start working on fixing the reason that are causing you to go below standard because if that issue doesnt go away your accounts will keep running into problems.

Just know one day it will get banned ? Shall you wait till then to create a back up plan or shall you start now ? ... the choice is yours

Just work towards improving the seller perfomance. and try to squeeze as much from at as you can. and then when the ban falls, you will have to migrate to the new account
