Temporarily placed a selling hold on a new stealth account
 

Hi guys
I have a new US stealth account and as instructed by the seller I was using it for 7 days.
Today when I tried to list my first item on ebay.com from another country location the ebay system gave this error:

"It looks like there's a problem with this listing.
In order to keep eBay a safe and trustworthy environment, we regularly review marketplace activity. As part of our review, we've temporarily placed a selling hold on your account. This hold will prevent you from listing new items.
To remove the hold on your account, please contact a member of our customer service agents who will happy to assist.
We appreciate your cooperation in confirming your information as soon as possible and welcome you as a valued member."

Now I have to call them but since my item location will belong to a different country what might they ask and how should I respond?

So what are you using for the IP? tell us about your method creation.....it seems like they don't like something or it's just one of those things where they want to speak to you about what you will be selling and stuff.

Do you mean you tried to list it on another ebay platform (outside of ebay US)?

If Yes, that would have flagged up the account.

The proper protocol to enabling international visibility on your account is to:
a) Ensure that its been 90 days from the date you first sold an item.
b) Make sure you have accumulated at least 10 positive seller feedback.

Accounts created with google voice (according to the account seller) and I use fresh guaranteed IP
But also from the beginning of the account ebay did not let me bid on any item.

No I'm trying to sell on ebay.com but item location that I want to sell is different country not the US.
