Does eBay track your broadband router in uk?no idea how it works.. I use a tablet and use house wifi, can I get another cheap tablet for stealth account and use same broadband?

They track your ip address.

Using the same broadband on another tablet would still give the same ip address.

That would give a different ip, correct.

Make sure you use an ip not linked to a banned account. Public WiFi is also not advised.

If you want to be ultra cautious with your accounts, stay away from any connection you don't control.

A new ip is the easy part of stealth. Get a dongle, vpn, etc

So if I downloaded something like expressVPN to my tablet, used my home broadband.. Would that hide my IP address and enable me to have a stealth account? I've no experience of VPN, and hadn't heard of them until his post today..

I know IPBurgerVPN and 24VC is safe you will say but if it is 100% then l will cancel my membership with ExpressVPN and get 24vc. Please any help.
