Hello and Thanks for the info getting back to selling
 

I was restricted a couple of years ago for reasons that were absolutely my fault. almost 1000 positive feed backs netting about 7 to 8 grand a month selling. i was pretty stupid. Just got bored and walked away to another business opportunity and let paypal refund the 8 or 9 of the finals sales. did not owe anyone any money, but let them just take it out of my account instead of sending the items. What a dumbass i was.

i am going to try start a new account using the information you fellas have graciously provided on this site.

I plan to open a business account above board.
business license
tax id
Business account
EIN
ups mailbox with street address
new account dedicated At&T cell with tethering for IP
account dedicated new laptop
gmail account account dedicated email.

start slow and work my way up. If successful will repeat this process with new ein and business license for 5 or so back up accounts.

Thanks for all of your post , they definitely helped my strategy and decision on this.

You have a nice plan with a few small hitches.

Investing $20 on the Stealth Guide and have it Perfect coming out of the gate can save you weeks of time. It's not fun starting over with minor errors.

Also: Anything to do with a business account should be worried about months later when the account is stable with no issues. EIN's and Tax ID's shouldn't be applied until later when you know your operation is solid.
