Does it a competitor who reports my listing or actually VeRo program?
 

Hello guys,

I have been selling this cosmetic product for over 6 months with no problem, in the last 2 weeks a new competitor came to the business, he even sent me a message once and asked me if i could raise my prices (And he mentioned that he knows im selling with few accounts together).

Anyways, since i refused, every single day, between 4:25-4:35 AM all my listing is getting removed by ebay.

It's like from X Accounts : 4:27

Y ACCOUNT : 4:32

Z ACCOUNT : 4:34

Like he is searching for each of my sale, report, and it goes down.

Now my question is, how does it even possible that 1 report would take my listing down? (If it helps, he has about 5,000 feedbacks and he's on ebay since 2002).

Is there any solution for that? And just to confirm, it is 100% competitor who reports me according to what i have described? I do list the items in like 2-3 hours different between each listing but they all go down together after 1 day and always between 4:25am-4:35am.

once ebay found something wrong in your account, they will take a closer look at it. So once you get caught for restricted item, they will regulary check if you are not selling other restricted items.
Doing this on several accounts, will be able to link them.
I'd say your competitor has reported you because it looks like he know what he is doing as old and established accounts on ebay don't need to care if someone report them. So if you report him, it will be useless. I suggest you to contact him the same way he did, but your accounts are in danger now, you should stop selling this product on these accounts for few months

Does the email ebay sent you say that it was removed due to Ver0 or does it say because they want to keep it a safe environment only?
