eBay unfairly targeting my listings...help!
Greetings,
I started selling vape accessories on eBay (cartridges, e-pens) & within 3 weeks they ended a few of my listings saying;
"You listed a vaporizer, vape pen, hookah pen, electronic cigarette, or a component for these types of items. Based on FDA regulations that treat these items in the same way as tobacco products, eBay decided to not allow them or their components on the site. This also includes e-liquids"
They have a ''written'' policy about e-pens etc but decide who they allow to sell these products on their site, it's very political. It's a loose policy & there are literally 1,000s of sellers selling exactly what I'm selling, yet with zero interference or ended listings like they are doing to me. It's obvious they are watching me very closely, unlike everyone else.
*I did a search on the sold products on eBay & ONLY my listings have been ended, NO ONE ELSE. There are even many Top Rated sellers freely selling what I'm selling, yet without the harassment.
Every week they are ending my listings using that same FDA excuse. And they only end the listings that are selling well. This is definitely targeted & the question is do I call them & diplomatically ask them why they are unfairly targeting my listings aggressively & not all the others, or leave it alone & start a new account.
I should add that my account is soon to be possibly Top Rated. Any suggestions? |
