Can I make multiple calls from my phone number for stealth accounts I never attached my phone number to none of them

Yeah you can but it's not the smartest way to go about calling in. If you call in from a phone number not on the account you're calling about, you run the risk of eBay wanting to ask you database questions to verify you're actually the account owner.

Best way to go about calling in is to spend $10 on a spoofing service, and then call in with the phone number your account was originally created with.

EDIT: You should know though that if eBay requests to call you back (which they sometimes do), you're screwed. Way around this is to add a GV number to your eBay account which forwards to your actual phone. Then spoof the GV # when you call in.

I dont think eBay does this yet, but Amazon most certainly do..

Whatever number you use to call Amazon reps, that number gets recorded (automatically) to your account. So if you tried calling in for another account, they'll be linked.

I'd do what phaz0rz suggested.
