Can eBay link information from a personal message?
 

Here is the context:

I currently run one account but have the luxury of being able to use a few addresses. However, I wanted to open a new account using an address that has been mentioned in messages with customers for returns.

Can eBay link both accounts?

We've made some changes to our company structure that are reflected in the eBay entities you are contracting with when using eBay.

They certainly CAN, but it hasn't happened a lot in the past, however, as was just pointed out above, things are always changing...
