Question about cookies
 

Is it safe to use the same PC user for 2 different unlinked stealth accounts if I use 2 different browsers?
Ex° stealth A always use Chrome, stealth B always use Firefox.

That would be fine as long as each account is being run on it's own Internet Protocal address in addition to it's own browser. Different browsers store cookies in different locations so using two different browsers would effectively keep your stealth data separate. Though you could always play it safe(r) and further isolate your accounts by separating them into two different windows user accounts (or virtual machines).
