Geolocation of IP address and eBay account street address
 

So I am going to use my friend's address with his permission on my stealth account. In fact I am going to use almost all of his personal information, however I will just operate "his" eBay and Paypal accounts from my computer using a VPN service.

My question is that if I get a new dedicated static IP address from a VPN service but my friend's street address is far away (still in the US) from the geolocation traced to my VPN provided IP address, will that be a major red flag to eBay? If so, how can I get around that?

No it's fine, just make sure the vpn ip address is fresh and hasn't been used on ebay before. The one thing you do want to be in the same area is the phone number, doesn't have to be but better chance for higher limits. Also why use somebody's info when you can just do the stealth method? The end outcome is the same. You won't really gain any advantage using your friends info.

Thanks for the reply. I really don't want to open a new bank account and jump through all the hoops of creating a stealth Paypal account including SSN and address. The stealth method is unverifiable; if an issue arises I want a real person's information attached to the account.

Don't drag people into this, just make a new bank account. It takes my bank 2 minutes online to add a new account, yours can't be that much harder. For the ssn your really starting to get messy. What if you don't pay the taxes and the irs comes after your friend?

Why do you even want to add a ssn to an account? Just split the load between 10+ accounts so you don't have to add ssn (obviously still pay taxes on income). Follow the stealth method in the guide and also make a lot of accounts to start building up. If not you will probably be back here soon.

You should want the opposite. If something happens you just get on another account.

Thanks for the response. I have purchased the guide and have been reading through it. I am curious, though, as to how to approach the second paypal account. I am in good standing with Paypal and have a business account, it's only my eBay that is suspended. If I were to create a personal paypal account, would I be able to use all of my real information (different bank account and address though) and connect that to my eBay stealth account? I am really trying to avoid having 17 million different accounts if at all possible.

You can't avoid having 17 million accounts. Use vmware (one account on each vm) and a mobile hotspot to switch ip's and accounts fast. You cannot use ANY information over again. You need to create new information completely.

Only real info you should be using is when you open a bank account, as opening a bank account under a false name is illegal. When you put the bank info into paypal put the routing and bank number and then your stealth name. If you ever want to put a SSN into paypal you upgrade to a business account and form a llc.

Lets say you're located in Birmingham, using Virgin Media your IP may well show as London or in fact anywhere in the UK, its quite common for it to now be anywhere near your actual location so it should not matter as long as you do not decide to login from USA one day, Canada the next, Russia the next etc.. You should just be using a dedicated proxy, I dont see why people risk it with VPN's.
