Buyer using third party shipper, wants to return item?
 

Hi i shipped an item to a buyer that used a 3rd party shipper. Item was delivered to them overseas, now they are opening a case because the item was damaged. I am responsible for return shipping cost. If i accept the return, am i responsible for the total cost of return shipping from their country? Since their address they used was a USA address, would ebay make me pay to have it returned from their country overseas? Thanks!

If the address on the order is a domestic address then I would assume you would only be responsible for paying for a domestic label. I'm not 100% sure about this because I've never had it personally happen to me but it would seem that would appropriate in this case.

If you can prove the item was shipped outside US, you will win the case.
