1500 listings limit, 30K+ dollars. Any chance for automatic increase?

I have a very old account, 1500 listing limit, 33K+ dollar.

I have the option to do the call to increase, but I'd rather not (but will do if absolutely necessary).

I am just about hitting 33K listed and sold every month (like on the final day of the month).

Any chance that I will get automatically bumped at these high levels? Any gurus wanna chime in?

FYI (if relevant), not selling in high risk categories. So no trademarks, no fashion, no jewelry, no phones etc. Also, I'm a powerseller with 100% positive.

You should be getting an increase within a few months of consistently hitting the monetary amount. If your not, try to also hit the quantity (1500), by selling cheap hot selling items. When ebay see your using your limits, they'll push it up.

Also get another ebay account up and running if you haven't done so already (using stealth methods so they dont link) - and work on that at the same time. That way your not putting all your eggs in one basket.

And thanks Play. Gonna be difficult to hit the quantity, even though I am hitting the dollar amount. But I will surely consider what you said. I hope one out of the two limits will suffice.

Usually it is

Quite often you don't even need to hit the $ or item amount to get the automatic refund, so long as you closes to it you should get a bump

Sometimes you can get an increase without being anywhere near it!

You can hit your listing limits easily by using multiple quantities of items that you have lots of, for example I can list some items with a 100 quantity, it adds up fast that way.

Ah yes. That's genius. That's the kind of magic I was looking for. Come end of the month, I can just revise a couple of my multiple listings to make up for the difference. Gonna cost some listing fees, but I will get it all back when I get bumped.

It doesn't cost any more to increase the quantity. It's still a single listing. You only pay once.

Just an FYI - using the increasing quantity method to increase your limits in this situation will probably work out fine.

But don't do this with a brand new account as you will be limited for listing too much too quick. Thought i'd add that in since I did recommend earlier for you to open more accounts and spread things out a little.

you should just call for an increase. shouldnt be a problem with the high ratings u have

I only use the multiple items on older accounts, most of mine started off with 5/500 so it didn't make sense.

One of mine just got bumped to 14,000/120,000, it's been about 24 months since I started using it, if you go slow and careful it pays off in the long run.
