LLC or Stealth for foreigner!

I am from Sri Lanka and I Started Selling on EB 4 years ago when I Was 18. But Sri Lanka have EB Selling facility But We Don't have PayPal Full Facility (Funds Send only Country). So most of Sri Lankan Sellers Setup stealth PayPal Account in countries like Malaysia, Philippines, Iceland etc (Visa Card Withdrawal Supported Countries). But Later this year It is hard to establish PayPal accounts Because they always get limited after few weeks, some times even Few Days. I earned quite and amount from EB and most of time I can't reach my sale target Because risk of getting limited. (I can easily earn $10k+ per month If I didn't have these problems :( )

I want to know Should I Spread Sales among multiple accounts or Should Establish LLC or anything like that and establish LLC PayPal Account Or any alternate methods?

Unless you frequently travel to and do business in the US, it's probably going to be easiest for you to simply make a bunch of stealth accounts. I believe you would have to get a lawyer involved for you to get an EIN since you don't have an SSN to put on the application. Then each year you would be required to pay taxes on your profits to the USA gov't, which tends to be ridiculously expensive for higher volume sellers.

If I were you I wouldn't bother with forming an American business and paying American taxes.

If you're able to use a USA Paypal from Sri Lanka, maybe consider using a Canada Paypal instead?

Welcome to the forums avaya - as phaz stated you could look at Canada, but you need to make sure you have IP available and bank account. Those other countries can be done as well but you need to do research. Ask questions based on what you find
