old restricted ebay account

my (own) restricted account - not stealth allows me to buy stuff just not sell, my question is if i setup a stealth ebay account for selling with a seperate user account on my pc and vpn, can i still use my old account to buy stuff without anything being linked?

As long as you follow the proper stealth steps to setup that second account, yes.

You can continue to buy off the old account, you just need to make sure the info associated with that account is different. Treat it like another stealth account. Cannot reuse ANY of the info on that old account.

Keep that account just for buying

A new selling account would need all completely different Information. New user account, new ip.

Keep the accounts link free at all times.
