eBay listing Product review issue.
 

Hello,everyone. I have a listing that has PRODUCT REVIEW option on the site.But none of the reviews left by the buyers show up in my listing. Two of my buyers even showed me the screenshoot for it. Any ideas??Thank you.

I have no idea, never used it, but if you call eBay CS, they should be able to walk you through any sort of actions you want to take on your listings (upgrades, etc). Theyve been pretty helpful for me :)

The product reviews on ebay are total bs btw .

The problem with them is that ANYONE can use them . All you have to do is enter the same or relevantly the same title as the person who has it and Billy with 0 feedback and 0 sales will have all the reviews that YOU earned on their listing. When someone clicks on the reviews it does say you earned right at the bottom of the review with really small letters but that's about it .


I think this is REALLY unfair , as only the person who earned the reviews should have them on their listings and as an option .

In order to unlock the reviews option on a listing ( say this is the first time someone is selling it and it didn't have that option initially ), you need to sell 50 I think in 30 days , or you wont get the option , but then again , getting means nothing as ANYONE can copy your title and have them on their listing.


And yes , I don't know why but many don't show up, ebay only picks the most "useful" ones .
