MLM Products on Ebay
 

Thoughts or experiences with selling MLM products on eBay? I was selling a certain brand and was fine for a while and then started getting VERO notices. My items were all authentic but they hit me for counterfeit, then trademark, then eBay shut me down. I understand that the MLM doesn't like it but I don't understand how they can stop me from selling something I legally bought. I just need to figure out how to list items in a way that VERO can not go after. I did add the compliance emails to my blocked list but not sure if that will do any good. I've got a new ebay site and new paypal ready to roll but I am hesitant to start posting until I figure out a way around this problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Only way to find out is to list and pray.

There's a disclosure in your MLM agreement that those items are not supposed to be sold online, rather through you direct only...

This is one of the very first things you should already know when you joined an MLM company.

If the company finds out, there's a chance for your MLM account to be terminated too
