$$Could anyone help with the below standard issue?

My ebay account is forecast to be below standard on Jun-20, I am only one case over the red line, which means the account will be TRS if I can remove the case without seller resolution before Jun-20, I contacted the buyer to cancel the order, if I successfully cancel order, will the defect be removed? Anyone knows about this?

Or is there anyone know to how resolve this?

Thanks.

You haven't told us enough about the case. But no, cancelling order will not remove defect. The defect is for seller not resolved, which means the buyer had to contact ebay, and they had to step in.

Thanks James.
The case is about the buyer received the item that did not work, and he wanted to return, I can accept the return request, but he said he had to take the items off his car which may cost more money, so he refused to return them back, and escalated the case. That is all about the case.

Any solution will be highly appreciated,

Thanks

Thank you for your comments.

my performance became below standard now due to this case on Jun-20.

Have to pay extra 5% FVF.

I'm not sure how that played out like that. I would have accepted the return, and then when he refused the return, YOU call in and escalate it. I'm pretty sure you can call ebay and tell them that you wanted to accept the return, but the BUYER didn't want to.

Thing is the dispute is already escalated, so either eBay will make him return the item or reimburse the buyer from their own pocket, judging at how you already accepted the return and he refused to abide

The problem is, he DIDN'T accept the return. If he did, the buyer could not have escalated it.

Yeah, he's talking like it's still open but if he has a defect it's been closed and he's taken the hit, nothing he can do about it.

He should have closed the cased by refunding or whatever else was required.
