Default Best way to track your stealth account listings?

How do you guys track your listings: meaning your sales, active listings, what sold and needs to be shipped, what sold and hasnt been paid for?

I have like 15-20 accounts that I use and its a pain in the ass to log in and out of each account to see if I need to do anything on that account. A lot of the times I'm logging in needlessly. Is there a better way to track all this stuff? To see if there is actually stuff for me to do.

I think you missed his point..

I believe he's looking for some type of software to be able to monitor all of them. Go to the General topics -> tools and software section of the forum and browse around.

I personally do not use any tools. I just forward all of the emails to one main email account and then check said accounts if needed. Remember to turn off images though.

No I got what he is asking......I have my ebay homepage set to my "All Selling" link so I can see everything that needs to be done, sold, etc.

I use MiFi so I use google sheets. You'd be amazed what you can do with conditional formatting. If you don't know how to build quality sheets I'd recommend learning.

Gotcha.

I used to use google sheets and logging IPs until mifi's completely stopped working in my area for whatever reason. Moved to dedicated IPs and its much faster

I imagine it is. I'm still scared of IP leaking. There is so much info on the topic it burns my brain and I haven't been forced yet to really study the subject with hands on experience. You must live by me. mine stopped working too. I live right on the edge of the dead-zone, had to get the equivalent of a V3G satellite dish but I get perfect signal now. I tested up to 150 miles north, No V3G. South is all good.

Doesn't that cause links??

Is it okay to click on the gmail link if I blocked images from being displayed?

I always get paranoid that I might click on something within the email and release cookies. And get linked that way

I always forward my email to my gmail and check it there, been doing it for 10 years, no problems.

I disable images.

If I need to respond I log out of the central account and into the specific account where the message was sent.

Why don't you just respond IN the email?

About automation, I get it... manually logging in, etc takes time and becomes tedious.

This is how I like to think, if my life depends on eBay and I can't afford to lose my income, would I be ok risking stability with convenience?

Because when things become more automated and we rely on other softwares, things tend to break from time to time.

I respond to the email via the account it came in on, as opposed to through the forwarding/aggregate account.

EB kicks back email that didn't come directly from the email associated with the EB account.

Oh, you log out of the central EMAIL account. I thought you meant central user account, etc. Got it.

You can only respond via the email registered to the EB account. It won't accept email from anyplace else.
