By my understanding, eBay cannot link according to IP alone, correct? It can just be used as "strong supporting evidence"
The building whose wifi I'm using has tons of people in it, and I know for a fact that many other eBayers are logging on. If they were doing linking via IP, they'd probably have to shut down 100s of accounts. Some questions:
1) is it too late to buy fresh IP for these accounts and use that from here on out? Will old IP cause issues? Or can I still keep the account and start "fresh" with new IP
2) your thoughts on whether these accounts will continue to stay up? assuming they play by the rules etc |
