how can you make purchases from other buyers if you have a stealth account?some buyers will only ship to address that you have on file, but if that address has been banned how can you over come?

Make a new account with address desired or change the shipping address when you buy stuff.

For smaller items or things that aren't as expensive there's always the option of just purchasing as a guest without logging in. I'd always prefer using an account myself as it's easier in the event you do need to return or contact the seller. But if you have no other option, you can make purchases without logging into an account.

Why don't you get a PO Box.

Here is a tip that may avoid you from spending on po box. Change letters on the address. Street instead of str. Or st. You can also easily put differences in the name. You make a different address that Bots will probably not detect. I did and everything went ok. However I'm not 100% sure if works all the times.
