| If I could give you a piece of advice. I don't know if you regularly sell items at this price point. But if you do, and there;s a problem. I suggest getting a confirmation that the customer is happy. Once you sent the second set, you could have tracked it, and a few days after it arrived asked her to confirm she was completely satisfied.
I also use to record phone calls without telling the buyer, but in some states its legal like Georgia, in others it's not (like California). |
