Any good recommendations for Fulfillment Centres in USA?
 

I'm living outside of USA, in Southeast Asia actually..
And I'm planning my eBay selling in USA, can anyone pls advise any fulfillment Centres I can use? Besides Amazon FBA :)

He/she wants someone to store and ship products in the US on demand, like Amazon does.

I'm not aware of EB fulfillment. Not sure there is any such thing, and wouldn't trust them if there was.

What's their price range? I hate it when companies won't tell you the price without giving over your information. It usually means they need to have a dedicated salesperson to sell their service because it's expensive.

As OP said, he/she is living outside of the USA, hence it's not possible to both live in Asia AND "mail your own stuff" as the shipping times and cost would be enormous. Not everyone wants to be stuck in the rat race.....I'm actually going back to SEA in August as well. Warm weather, friendly people, not such a consumerist mentality.

You can use a service like shipito, send all your goods ready packed and ship it on when they sell. Note these services are costly.

It is called hiring and ALL major businesses do this. If one ships there own stuff all they did is create a ****ty job for themselves. what happens if you get sick, want to take a year off etc.... rhetorical. Also they OP is not in the USA. They are looking for a service that can handle that aspect of business while they focus on transactions for abroad.

Although some people aren't big enough to hire employees yet :)

I enjoy packaging my own packages everyday. It gives structure to my day and keeps me on my task of growing my business. I hope to have an employee by the end of the year.

So the OP wants to directly compete against massive Chinese drop ship operations with US presence. This isn't going to be cheap.

Looks like no one uses them.

That Evolve Fulfillment site seems shady. I can't find any info on them online, no reviews or anything. And it's too cheap.

Good luck Isabelle. I tried calling them several times and just got a busy signal. I contacted them via email and asked them to call me and they just replied to my email but never called.

It's a pretty website but the low price and lack of information makes me think it's a scam.

They're not 'hiring', they're handing over the heart and core of their business, along with their inventory and future prospects, to a completely unknown third party in an entirely different country that nobody in this eCommerce forum, (which includes some extremely intelligent and experienced individuals), has ever used, without references or background checks, based solely on price.

That's what I call 'stupid'. Would you do the same thing if the unknown service were in Asia, given the above facts?

At least AZ has a reputation earned through billions of successful transactions over decades of business.

Ghost... isn't everybody always complaining that you can ship from China cheaper than the US because the Chinese government subsidizes the cost of the mail? So what exactly, other than the possible time lag, which can be minimized by quick packaging, is the advantage to doing this?

Ship it to is not for buying anything. If I am correct, OP wants to fulfill orders as in ship them to a distribution center for them to reship it to a customer within the region?

That is exactly what a 'reship' is, except OP would send a bunch of items to X reship, it will be held and shipped on his request...?

While I personally will NOT be trusting this company with my inventory unless I find some sort of evidence that they are trustworthy, I don't think Isabel is "stupid" for taking a risk. She's likely sending a small amount of product as a test to see if they're legit, then going from there.

It's also well-documented that Amazon steals any FBA inventory left in accounts that have been shut-down. I'd rather trust someone who MAY steal my inventory than someone I KNOW will.

Did you LOOK at the flag? Did you read the post? China is NOT in "South east" Asia. There are MANY countries in Asia that are NOT China. OP is from Malaysia, and they do NOT have cheap shipping to the states. In fact, they are a very developed nation with relatively high wages, much like Japan. All of Asia is not the same....Are the rules and shipping the same for the USA, Canada, and Mexico the same, just because we are all technically "North American"? This is just some straight up ignorant talk that's unbecoming of you.

It was a response to the comment that employees, whom you can monitor, are analogous to an unknown fulfillment service clear across the world.

As far as AZ, the conversation wasn't about inventory left in a shut-down account, but active fulfillment. Entirely different thing.

Shipping speaks for itself.

I wouldn't be concerned about the service, if the company is legit, all you need to do is adjust handling time to their speed.

The rest of what you said just doesn't make sense for the reasons I list above.

I cant be much help but try googling. Lot of big fulfillment companies that ship orders for large retail stores, like gnc, macys etc. Amazon is not the only company.
