Help with some refunds
 

Ok,
Last Friday I mailed about 300 packages, 2 are " missing". my post office didnt scan them.
I have couple questions I need help on.
1. Should I refund from paypal? or go through ebay and ' seller says cancel" -
i had a lady have me cancel an order this week, and i tried to leave her positive feedback it wouldnt allow me to leave any feedback.. so i know 1 buyer will be difficult. and i really dont want my first negative feedback

2. one package was 150.00 - ( i dont have 150 in paypal, i have around 30 people waiting to pay, but when i refund it will pull from my REAL bank acct will paypal see that real name has paid , or do they not look

1. Don't 'seller cancel' you get a strike. They accumulate fast and you'll be kicked off. Just refund. It'll close the order out automatically.

Also, a cancelled order no longer exists so neither party can leave feedback.

2. They will see the name on the bank account. Will it be a problem? PP never forgets anything. Never. Of course, they already saw your name when you confirmed the account.

You could fund the refund through a VCC or gift card instead, if you want.
