Upgrading an eBay Stealth account to an eBay Store

Hi all,

I just got my eBay Stealth account about few days old, and planning on upgrading to an eBay Store.. Is it safe? and Question is, how can I be charged the monthly subscription with my VCC on file??

Yes, it's safe.

As to the VCC I'll have to defer that to somebody else.
