Ebay buyer account to Seller account

Please i presently need your advice.

I have a personal ebay buyer account that have been using for a year so intend to start selling on it,my question is with the feedback i already have which is about 75,will i be able to bypass the 21day hold,or the feedback should be strictly for seller account?

Buyer feedback is useless for selling.

All sellers get some degree of holds. You'll need to sell low-risk items, ship quickly, put tracking into your PP account, and not have any charge-backs or cases or complaints, and eventually they will stop holding your funds.

The buyer feedback does not matter, this is what you need to read;

Yeah, that's what they say, but they don't always stick to it. Note the disclaimer: "PP may... evaluate your account to determine if future payments will be held."
