Ebay get back to above standard
 

Dear Ebay Masters,

Please help, I've issue with eBay currently saying that I'm below standard. I couldn't upload JEPG image on here so i uploaded a screenshot as a URL links, please have a look and help me and is there any way to get back to above standard. Thanks to all.

You just have to sell a few cheap items and make sure that they are sent 1st class

That will then get your % back to where you want it

Not to be harsh, but, I'm sort of bottom line with this stuff.

The best way to get back above standard in this case is to fix whatever is getting you those defects so you don't get any more.

And 3 cases closed without seller resolution? One more and you're gone. Three is the limit at your volume. There's no reason to ever allow that to happen. That means not only are you doing a bad job with something, you refuse to fix the problem.

You need to rethink what you're doing and make some changes.

I know it's bad, but I'm new to ebay. Would it help to fix my problem if i start selling cheap things and fast? and ideally how much items i need to sell in order to go back to above standard?

That's a math question.

Divide 5 (defects ) by 67 ( sales ) and you get 7.46%, that's your current rate. Divide 5 defects by 100 sales and you get 5% defects. You need to get to 'standard' at a minimum and I don't recall the rate for that.

Do the math. But if your defects rise to 6 divided by 100 in the process of selling 33 more units, then your rate is still 6%.

It's like drinking salt water when you're thirsty in the middle of the ocean, it just makes things worse. That's why i suggested addressing the issue other ways as well.
