100 more successful sales would bring your transaction defect rate up to 2.99%, which I think is considered above standard these days. Same amount of sales would bring your "cases closed" metric up to 1.8%.
I haven't gone into eBay to see what the seller level threshold %'s are. But this is really simply math. First number / Second number, then move the decimal over 2 places to the right to convert decimal format to percentage format.
Example : 5/67 = .0746 = 7.46% |
