Raise selling Limit with defect rate
 

Hi all Suspension members,

I have a question that - If my total defect rate is within 2% acceptable standard rate, but my close case without seller resolution is exceed the 0.3% acceptable rate, am I eligible to go on eBay online chat ask for selling limit increase?

You can always try.

They may not give it to you though, no harm in giving it a go though

Yea, there's no set standards really, but you can just give it a go and see what happens.

There's two metrics, the % rate and the number rate. Your % may be high but you may still be under the number total, so you'll probably be ok.

However, if you are within 1 of being suspended, you should stop using this account until they fall off, or you risk losing it.
