Possible to create stealth with cc? (or banks that still have Visa CCs)
 

For the longest time I was getting my gift cards from the bank which was great, as there was no activation fee whatsoever. Recently, the bank has suspended issuing all new cards until further notice due to fraud concerns according to Visa (Visa instructed them to shut down).

So now I have to either shell out 3.95/card like the rest of the world, or find another way. Question: IS there another way to set up your ebay without a credit card for the seller fees? It seems that even if you choose PayPal or even link a bank, they still require a Credit Card for backup. Am I correct in this assumption?

Also, does anyone know any banks that are still issuing Visa gift cards? Most of the banks I know (outside of credit unions) no longer issue them.

You seem to be having massive issues with making an ebay/pp account, lol....why?

1st. All you need to do is make the PayPal using a Gift Card, Make the Ebay Account, Link both together...DONE!

2nd. Are the fee's really going to destroy your ability to make accounts?

They won't destroy my ability to make accounts, no. Just looking to see if other options :)

You can just use your real CC. Only the zip needs to match.
