I will say this: Your accounts records plays a HUGE part in your success. If your metrics suck, or if you have a lot of complaints, the odds that eBay sides with you are much much lower....Reason being is obvious, they assume if you've provided generally poor service in the past the buyer may be telling the truth.
If you've got an account with stellar metrics and you go through all of the above I'd be INCREDIBLY surprised to see you not get your money back, unless the account is brand new, which, for the record, you should never sell high value items on new accounts for many many reasons. |
