eBay Listing Limits
 

Hello,

We have a business account which is nearly 10 years old, although we haven't really used this to its full potential up until this month.

We have a 1000 Listing Limit or £320,000 - Feedback 100% Positive

This month we have hit our limit of 1000 orders and therefore can't sell anymore, I guess it will reset on the 1st?

This month we have become an eBay Top Rated Seller as well as a Silver Powerseller rating.

Back in 2006 we did have some issues with our eBay accounts but they got resolved.

I have called eBay business team this week to see if we can increase our selling limits but they have said there are some issues with accounts linked to our address and to try and get the account owners to contact them in order to resolve the issues, then they can look to increase the limit.

I don't want to raise any flags and have the risk of our account being suspended.

Do you think the system may automatically increase our limits in the coming months once they see the limits being met?

Any advice we would really appreciate it.

In the US if you sell to your limits and have no issues you'll usually get a bump.

They're saying there's issues, but they didn't shut you down, I think I'd start a few new stealth accounts and try to not call attention to this one any more, and hope it increases naturally.

There should be no reason you can't sell these widgets on other accounts as well and increase the baskets your eggs are in.

Why are there other accounts linked to your address?

That's the issue here.

Welcome to the forums - if eb has said there are other linked accounts....this account is in potential jeopardy. I would not on auto-increasing limits.

In fact, best to learn stealth and start building backup accounts right away
