eBay Listing Limits Refreshed?

Hello,

I guess this has been asked before but seems a few years ago.

When do eBay listing limits become refreshed?

Also if eBay is going to increase my limit when would this be done?

Limits are per month, so they reset at the start of each month

Limits can be increased anytime of the month there is no set date for it
