transferring ebay.sp account to UK

I have a registered Ebay Spain account which does not do a lot due to items I sell are more suitable for UK.
Question is could I just change address and it would transfer to Ebay.UK or could I just change item location to UK and then get listings showing in UK.
If latter how do I do that?
