Upgrading to business account
 

I have read this topic discussed but I am still not very cleared.
Both mine and my wife's eBay accounts were banned last year but my social security, and my wife's social security have never been applied to eBay or Paypal. For business accounts, I have an LLC, and will created more LLCs if needed.

1) with a purchased stealth account, it is just not possible to upgrade to a business account, correct?

2) can I upgrade eBay stealth accounts to business that I opened with my nickname?

3) I can use my sister's and my friend's names to open accounts and upgrade them to business accounts using LLCs that I own?

4) If I move in the future to a different address, can I open new eBay and Paypal accounts and verify them using my/my wife's SSN (or even EIN)? My current Paypal is not limited or suspended but my eBay account is.

You should never give EB or PP your SSN or use real names or friends info if you can avoid it even with permission, what if you have a problem and they get banned, that's not a favor to them.

1. I don't see why you couldn't upgrade to a business account.

2. Again, I don't see why not.

3. No. Don't do that. Bad. Very bad.

4. Yes, but again, why? Just use some other address.

Never reuse info.

You need to get the guide and read it. You've got a lot of issues that are largely irrelevant to actual operation and it may help you clear things up.

I do have the guide (life time too, at that).
many people here (including you) have suggested to not provide SSN unless absolutely so I am going to take that advice.
